Who stands behind Beyond Limits

I'm Anuradha

Yoga mentor, spiritual guide, teacher's assistant, eternal student of life. This is my story — and the reason Beyond Limits exists.

My journey

Resilience and transformation

My name is Romana Ezrová, spiritual name Anuradha dasi.

My path was neither simple nor straight. For a long time I searched for where I belong and who I truly am. There were moments when I felt lost within myself and did not know how to go on. I went through periods when I felt under pressure and alone in what I was experiencing.

Much inside me was falling apart, but precisely in that something more real began to appear.

Gradually it led me closer to myself. I began to notice my body, feelings, and thoughts. And step by step to go deeper: to what happens beneath the surface, to myself, to the soul.

Yoga and spiritual practice did not bring me perfect calm, but they gave me space to lean on myself. I learned to be with myself even in moments that were not easy.

Time in ashrams and on journeys was very important for me. Not only because of the places themselves, but because of what began to open and transform within me.

Today I accompany others on their path. I do not have answers to everything, but I know the places of uncertainty, searching, inner pressure, and loneliness. I know moments when a person does not know which way to turn and feels helpless.

At the same time I understand how deep inner transformation works, where it leads us, and how it gradually reveals our true identity. And also that fulfilment does not have to be complicated. It can be natural and simple.

I know that all of this can be walked through without losing yourself.

How I see the world

I perceive the world not only with my eyes but also with my heart. I have a deep desire to help others, bringing more love, peace, and understanding into their lives. My journey is not only about self-discovery, but also about a deep connection with God and the entire universe.

I have a passion for yoga, meditation, and working with children. It is important to stay in touch with others — to share, travel, dance, and create. At the same time, I deeply value solitude and quiet moments, which allow me to truly be present with myself.

I also recognize that I am an inspiration for the transgender community, using my story to empower and encourage others on their own journeys. My heart is open to all who seek their path.

"Love is not what you want, but who you are."

My spiritual path

My own life experience, including deep transformation of identity, allowed me to understand self-acceptance, inner balance, and healing in true depth.

Through yoga, breath, and conscious presence I help people move beyond inner limitations, find calm, and reconnect with their true self.

In my work I connect body, mind, and soul, creating space for self-acceptance without judgment, harmony of feminine and masculine energy, inner calm, and conscious living.

I support the release of fear and a return to joy.

My path is an invitation to come home, to yourself.

My spiritual roots run deep. My guide and goal is my Satgurudev Paramahamsa Vishwananda.

The longing to be authentic in my being and expression of the soul led me not only to the traditions of Hinduism, Buddhism, and shamanism, but also to Sanatana dharma and the awareness of the unity of all beings.

This path brought me to understand how essential work with the senses, mind, ego, perception, emotions, and self-reflection is. Step by step it leads to deeper experience, fulfilment of the soul, and living one's highest dharma as a human being.

To be who we truly are, in full awareness of sachidananda.

Another part of my life

Teacher's assistant — working with children

Romana at sunset in Egypt

I started as a nanny in Germany, where I lived, and after returning to the Czech Republic I trained as a teacher's assistant.

I worked in children's homes, leading weekend programs focused on emotional intelligence. Today I mainly work as a personal assistant for children with autism and combined disabilities.

Romana with a child — a shared moment

I see children as beings who are natural, authentic, and without unnecessary barriers. This work is not only about giving, but also receiving. Children bring me deep experiences, joy, and new perspectives on the world.

In my practice I combine pedagogy with coaching, psychology, movement, and creativity. I have also trained in music therapy, emotional intelligence, and body work.

I gained experience not only in schools and the non-profit sector, but also working abroad and volunteering with children.
